Welcome to the Justisse Cervical Mucus Gallery. 

This gallery was dreamed up and curated by members of the Justisse Practitioners Association (JuPA) with the support of the JCI faculty.

Our aim with this gallery is to help more people understand the variety of tissue and cervical mucus notations and learn how to use them more efficiently while they’re learning the Justisse Method. Please note photos are not always easy to interpret and that the charter is the one that learns to identify their own mucus observations.

The notations presented here are the Justisse Method notations. To avoid confusion and achieve your intentions please do not combine them with other Fertility Awareness or Natural Family Planning Methods.
